Smoking Oven?

My Tricity Bendix electric fan assisted Double oven is pumping out accrid smoke on a regular basis.

Try cleaning it sometimes. Smoke must come from something burning to produce it. Metal cavity box & metal elements & metal shelving don't burn & produce smoke. Only thing left is grease & dirt in oven.
