how do we stop our alarm going off?

Can you please help we never use our alarm but this morning at 6am alarm has been going none stop every 10 mins mins now its 19.49 still going of now its every 2mins roughly its saying on pannel it PA . the model is C & K SECURIT 700L . PLEASE HELP
