How can I alter my radio-controlled clock?

I know I shouldn't have to, because the time is read straight from the Greenwich Time Signal but, despite changing the batterty and several re-starts it insists on running exactly 4 hours slow.

hiya you could try placing it in a different place where it might get a better signal

Hi David

I was having precisely the same problem with a London Clock in the autumn. Now it doesn't run four hours slow it just roams and roams like it can't find the time signal.
I am going to try some of the suggestions from the National Physics Laboratory who are responsible for the time signal now Greenwich has shut:
