Water leaking through body of toilet pan at base?

Hello

I am hoping that someone can suggest what might be going wrong here ~ thanks!

We have just had a PJH (B&Q) back-to-wall toilet installed, together with a Bathstore concealed cistern.

When the toilet is flushed, water clears the bowl as expected, but some water appears to be escaping into the body of the porcelain toilet and escaping through small holes at its base and leaking out all over the bathroom floor.

Can anyone please suggest what is happening & help us to solve this problem?

Thank you.

From description of the leak its the joint between the pan and cistern.
The holes I've no doubt are screw holes to fix pan to floor. Those holes [usually two each side] should have chrome or brass screws in them if not job not complete.
Get back those that did it. B&Q if they supplied the fitter as well. Don't try repairs yourself. And insist on the pan being screwed to the floor with rust proof screws.Post how you got on.
