how do i fix my hitachi camera?

door has a microswitch which is depressed when door is closed so obviously the tag to press the microswitch has been broken --- can be repaired by cam shop alternatively remove rear cam cover and put a piece of plastic --- carefully between switch ( small black object seen in gap beside door opening position ) and frame
-- only if warranty is gone and cant afford professional repair ----
have one myself and did this fix to it
