when I run my dishwasher it appears to be working okay, water flowing round etc but after about an hour it stops and the green start light flashes continuously and there is no heat at all.
It sounds like your heating element isn't working if there is no heat in the machine. An overheat safety switch may have tripped or the element itself may have failed. You may need to get an engineer to it I'm afraid.
