Belling Rangemaster Cookcentre Model 111SGR?

The fan assisted oven keeps tripping out everything.
My husband has tested the fan, the light and anything else he can think of. He has now disconnected the fan oven and everything else is OK. Can someone help on this please - any other ideas?
