how can I rectify this fault?

My Yashica Digital EZ5032 camera has grainy and dull screen after I cleaned the lens (glass below the two half-shutters) with a cleaning fluid.Does this mean its electronics has been damaged and it is beyond economical repair.The pictures it takes are also hazy.
