Install new 6000 RDS CD Radio in Ford Puma?

The 6000 RDS CD/Radio stereo in my Ford Puma broke so I bought an identical replacement on eBay. Can I just remove the old stereo and plug the new one straight in or do I need to disconnect it from the battery or anything first? Please help - I've never done this before! Thanks.

Hi BeBe,
You just remove the plugs from the back of the old radio and plug straight into the new one.
You then have to enter the code of the new radio.
Enjoy!
