Where can I buy replacement springs for my Barcalounger reclining sofa?

Like so many others, our springs have sprung! I've found that Barcalounger.com is absolutely no help!! One answer by Nikki July 2008 indicated a set of springs is available from Barcalounger for $20, but I have been unable to get contact information in order to place an order!
