sorry this is not an answer but I too have error "wrong disc" and I have the user manual and there is not any reference to "wrong disc" in the troubleshooting section or on any other pages.It plays CDs okay but not DVDs. And I have been through all the Setup menu so many times over with no changes, so its to the Web were I had hoped to find an answer. Fingers crossed. regards JD. PS. the machine has previously worked fine on the dvds I am trying now!!!
