Have a new Janome MC6600 amd there is loops of thred from the bobbin can some help! please

Make sure you have threaded the machine properly with the presser foot up, top tension about 4 or 5 and make sure you can pull the bobbin through with some slight resistence, if it is too tight slacken the screw on the bobbin case anti clockwise about a quarter of a turn at a time until you get it right.
