Mend Fisher and Paykel Smart Drive 9 Washing Machine And Not Filling

How can I fix my Washing Machine?

My washing machine is not filling up fast enough, it seems to time out and then starts beeping. I have to push the restart button to reset it, then it goes again. I have resorted to filling the machine up manually. The spinner and washer are working fine. What can I do to fix the problem. I have a Fisher and Paykel 7.5 capacity. Smart Drive 9, Excellence.

I know this is years out of date but in case someone else ever finds this, there are two little yellow 'cage' filters inside the water inlets on the back of the machine. Turn off the taps and unscrew the hoses from the machine - then use a small pair of pliers to very-carefully twist and pull the 'tab' of the yellow filter. You should be able to remove it and clean it - hopefully this will solve the slow-fill problem.

hi sharon has it got hot & cold fill if so you need a y peice on your cold fill only.
