Mend Stoves 600CTH Problem Display Located

Stoves 600CTH hob ?

I have same problem, 56 flashing on display. I've located the capacitor C17 (small silver cylendar) but it does not have any solder points on the other side of the pcb to enable me to remove it, and more importantly to re-solder the new one in place. is it a push fit?
