Sounds like several problems.
Fill valve clogged or bad would explain no water. Is the water turned on?
It hums, but does it run? No pump out sounds like bad motor.
All problems could be caused by bad timer. That's expensive. Seems odd, though, that several sections of timer would go out all at the same time.
This is a complicated problem. Would almost need to see it to help.
