Some years ago I had been delivered from them with a replacement piece for the above sewing machine, the VERITAS 9000 A5
At the moment I am waiting for some news concerning accessories I asked for, because lost some weeks before. different feet for this machine
As I had been told only after the 6th of January 2014 somebody will be available in their Customer service. At the moment they are in Christmas holidays. Me too, I am waiting for an answer. I also have found another address in Gemany:
Crown Technics Gmbh in Heilbronn (74074) Germany, phone: (0049) 07131-901 4376 (not dial the "0" after the 0049. I tried to reach them, but nobody replied. You will need to replace the complete foot control.
