Saunier duval Thema F23E. Hot water does not stay constant?
My boiler gas comes on when the water is turned on but goes off after about 30 seconds. The hot water pipes in the boiler get hot but the hot water at the taps goes hot and then cold again very quickly. The gauge shows 60 degrees but the tap water never reaches that temperature.
Hi, I know this thread is a bit old but did you find a solution to your boiler problem as I have the same problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

how old is boiler, possible cause could be scale in boiler DHW heatexchanger or diverter valve letting to heating pipes
