No water from the hand sprayer or floor sprayer means it's a bad pump. Make sure the belt isn't broken (under side cover on base). If the belt is ok, the pump is gone. I usually charge almost as much to repair these as the cost of a new Bissell. Lesson to be learned: avoid Bissell.
