my electrolux machine works ok however water will not drain when it is full of water it does not work on spin cycle water does not drain

check the filter is clean.check bottom tub hose for blockages.check the drain pump for blockages/obstructions.check the drain hose isn't blocked.could just be the pump has failed and will need replacing.
