How can I get remote control that works menu on my LXI 9in TV VCR Combo?

I need a replacement remote for my LXI 9in TV VCR combo that will work the menu system. I have tried several universal remotes and none will operate the menu. I am unable to program the tv without remote because there are no buttons on the TV that will operate the menu.
