How to bypass or reset Dynamco Cyclops P165 immobiliser?

I have Cyclops P165 model immobilser fitted in my car which I bought second hand (the car)and don't have PIN for the system since I had battery gone completely flat I replaced it new battery but can't get the car started when I use the touchkey light goes out and all instrument lights are on but won't start.
Any bright ideas someone ?????
