How do I set my cooker to manual?

How do I set my cooker to manual?Have set the cOrrect time but fan, grill , light etc are still not working. Am presuming its because its on auto even though it dosn't say that. HElp PLESSSSSSSEEEEE???????

This oven is a piece of cr*p. I had the same problem and found AEG's support utterly useless. A lot of the timers are bad on the units. For the cost of the service call and timer, it is less expensive to purchase a new Non-AEG oven. I'm about to toss mine out of the window due to the lack of AEG support.
