i purchased a home it has an alarm sysytem its a das dl200 panel but the old owners never left us the code how do i reset the system so that i can input a new user code. I also have the install manual.
if you have the install manual with programming details you should find a section that deals with defaulting. This will either default the entire NVM or just the codes. The manual will tell you. If these instructions are not written in it then you will need to have a friend who has experience with alarms take a look at it....good luck.
