Leaking widows Swift Kon-Tiki 640 W Reg 2000?

The windows on my w reg 2000 swift kontiki have droped slightly, The hinges at the top look like they are rivited in about 4 or 5 places, And, The rivits at eather end have come loose and allowed the ends of the window's to drop by about one quarter of an inch, Can I re-drill and put new rivits in place to lift the window back in to place ? Also is it likely that after 9 years, The rubber seals around the windows have become compresed, And no longer make a good seal/contact, ? With Thnks
