go to www.swiftgroup.co.uk scroll to bottom of page sign up for Swift chat and you can put your question on there and someone who's had same problem may come back with a solution. However if the caravan is only 2 yrs old and is a static that means to me a crap design. However it seems the website has no company contact. Keep eye out on this forum someone may come up with a solution.
