hi,i have got a newland alarm the problem i have is the power got turned off in the house when it got put back on the control panel is no longer lit the sensors are working ,what i did notice when the power was turned off the internal alarm sounded for a few seconds,i have tried to reset the alarm but the pad is not responding when pressed please help ps could it be the battery back up needs replacing
try diconnecting the battery and the power to your alarm then power it back up and reconnect the battery it could simply be that your keypad has locked out. The alarm will sound when you power it back up entering your code should silence it.
