How can I replace the cooling fan on my Delonghi DFS903

order a new element from CPC (or your favorite) and gain access to the rear of the oven.
isolate the main electricity supply.
remove the back panel.
gently remove the wires from the rear of the element by pulling firmly on the crimped connectors. Note remember which connector goes where.
Remove the nuts holding the element in place.
withdraw the old element from inside the oven.
replace with new element.
