why doesn't my refrigerator get cold?

We have a Frigidaire refrigerator, approximately 7 years old, that is not getting cold. It was in storage for about 8 months, and has been plugged up for about 18 hours, but has not gotten cold - just cool. What are some potential causes?

Probably loss of gas while it was standing in storage. If motor starts & runs for a long period of time & it doesn't get cold then that will be the answer.
