Frigidaire refrigerator not dispensing cube ice?

PROBLEM:
Unit will not dispense cube ice.
Choosing "crushed" produces crushed ice.
Choosing "cube" also produces crushed ice.

The green LED indicators illuminate properly for cube and crushed.

The plunger/lever in the back panel stays in the "up" position.

There is no noise when switching from crushed to cube to indicate the lever has disengaged the blades.

well something has jammed or electronic fault, check the lever etc make sur that all is free, try switching, with slight pressure on lever, otherwise electronic fault, possible relay, or triac
