repair a bissel 2x proheat carpet shampoo?

my bissel 2x proheat carpet shampoo was loaned out and brought back to me with the rollers not rotateing. it still has the belt looking strap around the rollers end, is this an easy fix or should i take it to a shop ?

Don't know what might be wrong with your machine but I have taken off the rollers from my machine. It is easy to do. Just remove the various screws that you see holding the parts together and the rollers and belts come off quite simply. You may then see what the problem is. Haven't refixed my machine yet because I'm trying to find what is wrong with the spray mechanism.
