THE LAWN MOWER IS NOT PICKING UP GRASS AND THE CONDITIONS ARE GOOD,DO YOU THINK I NEED A NEW CUTTING BLADE,IF I DO WERE WILL I GET ONE ?

Its the swept up ends of the blade that swirl the cut grass into the grass box...if yours are flattened a bit, a new blade is for you. Shoulders of Shoreham do them, as well as most horticulture shops.
