Belling Oven not heating?

I have a Belling Kensington range cooker. ( Model 444447107 )The second fan oven does not heat up. It has only been used a few times.The light and fan did operate but no heat. It has now stopped working totally. No fan or light. At the same time, the grill suddenly stopped working too. No heat and no fan.The cooker is relatively new. The smaller fan oven is working fine as are the halogen rings
