where can i find ?

i have a chimney canopy extractor and i seem to have lost a part a ducting adaptor as i need this to reduce the output from 150mm to a 120mm or less to be able to fit an external hose to outer wall unfortunatly it was bought a while ago from mfi cant seem to find a spare any ideas it is a hygena app2440
any help would be appreciated .
