front bouncy?

i have a citreon xantia i have changed 3 front spheres and front regulator but the car still rises up as soon as you start the engine but it is still very bouncy to drive i have even put new green fluid in but the car is still the same as when i started can you help it is a 1900 td lx the back is fine
