Mend Matsui MATDVD3307E Dvd Got Out

My Matsui dvd player has got a disc stuck in it how can I get it out??

I have just bought a MATDVD3307E dvd player and it has got one of my discs stuck inside it.

I need to know if there is a way I can get it out without having to return it to the shop as I'm in Switzerland and don't think I can explain this in French.

Any suggestions welcome...
