how can i fix my citreon picasso 2002?

can anyone help. i have just bought a 2002 model picasso exclusive. the only problem i have found with it is that when i go to wash the windscreen no water comes through the jets but it is going through to the back window. the pump seems to be running fine so im asuming it must be a blockage somewhere. any ideas please
