locked inotech tv?

Please help to unlock Inotech TV Model:IT-21A locked the screen with a big red lock left of the screen how do we unlock with the remote or manually.

Called a local TV repair see below and they recommended holding down each key in the bottom two rows of the remote for 10 sec or more. I tried one by one and the blue key on the 2nd row from the bottom unlocked it. Hold it down for 10 sec and bingo. It's unlocked. Thanks BBR. See below.
