Mend Honeywell Accenta G4 Panel Remote

tamper fault lockout?

Hi I have just installed a Accenta G4 panel with remote keypad. When I power the sytem the panel says tamper fault lockout. I have replaced the links in the panel for the tamper loop remote keypad and the sensors, and I still get the same message.
