My solution was to call Nick as suggested above on tel 07842 480037. It took 2 minuses, a small piece of tinfoil, and i now have a new code for my alarm.. Many Thanks for your help Nick.

Hi Josie, this is really easy to do, all you will need is a small terminal screwdriver and a phone to call me on.
