Electrolux RM4271 fridge has stopped on all 3 ways?

My caravan fridge RM4271 Electrolux has stopped on all 3 ways, 12v,gas and mains. It is a 1999 model any suggestions before I have to look for repace.

Try removing the fridge and turn it upside down overnight. Refit the fridge and allow it to settle for a few hours. Then test it again.If it works all is well. If not the cooling unit needs regassing or replacement.
