Kenmore sewing machine -Model 385 1664180 motor jammed?

I oiled areas shown in maual, removed bottom and brushed away dust. machine worked for about 15 minutes, then jammed again. Is there somewhere else I can oil?

Hello Emily,
The chances are there is a small piece of thread jammed in the raceway, take the bobbin and bobbin case out and take out the raceway if you have a front or side loading bobbin and you will probably find a piece of thread, you can try forcing the balance wheel backwards first of all that will sometimes free it off.
