TURN APPLIANCE OFF.Take the fan cover plate off from inside the oven cavity (4 screws).remove the metal fan blade using clockwise rotation on the 10mm nut.remove the whole back panel where the electric cable goes through.undo the screws that hold the fan motor on and pull it out after disconnecting wires.Some fan motors are quarter twist instead of screws!
