How old is my Hamilton mantel clock?

I have Hamilton mantel, 2 jewels, 150-010, clock I just received from mother. No date on clock. Has the number 80 just above the Hamilton. Made West Germany. Can't read section that advises adjusted or unadjusted. This part is to small. Need key to wind. Has 2 holes for winding on front panel. Please advise where to attain key and possibly year of manufacturing if can determine from this information.
