either expansion vessel has lost its charge or more commonly with the heatlines the flexible hose from the hydroblock connected to the expansion vessel is blocked

I have the same issue, if i bleed a radiator the boiler trips out and the LED displays low presure so i think its a faulty gauge... next mission to find a replacement!
