Mend Diplomat Fit New Fan

I have a Select 910 Oven by Diplomat and need to fit new extractor fan?

My bottom oven is not working properly and the extractor fan is making a horrible noise, which I think is the problem. I have ordered and been sent a new extractor fan but have no instructions on how to take the oven apart to be able to take the old extractor fan out and fit the new one. Are instructions available anywhere that are easy to follow?

I also have a problem with the bottom fan oven. The element is getting hot (you can see it glow red) but the fan just turns slowly. I have removed the guard from the inside (4 screws, easy) and removed the bottom metal plate on the back. I guess I too need a new motor.
