Mend Redring Plus Extra Stopped Working Whilst

redring plus extra shower stopped working?

hi there

i have a redring plus extra. whilst having a shower at the weekend i was adjusting the temperature and the shower cut out. there is no noise coming from the shower when switched on, but there is a light on and the water supply has been checked. i did take the temp control valve apart, but there was no blockage. any suggestions?
