How to put back Elna Supermatic handwheel?

I took apart the hand wheel assembly from my Elna Supermatic. Now I can't put it back so that the machine would sew. Help

Hello Loan,
Put the balance wheel on, put the three pronged washer on, screw the stop motion wheel on all the way but finger tight, tighten the screw in the balance wheel and then tighten the stop motion wheel further and test, if it does not grip take the stop motion wheel off again and put the three pronged washer in a different position.
