My regal kitchen pro K6725 won't mix the bread?

If I have the paddle in and the pan down in the breadmaker but the paddle doesn't turn does anyone have any suggestions on what might be wrong? When plugged in the motor does run, but nothing appears to be moving. I've checked to be sure the paddle is on the shaft correctly and I don't see how I could get the pan down in the breadmaker any further.

Hi, My name is Troy, I live in Ohio, U.S.A. and I own an eBay Store named “The Breadmaker Guru”. I carry kneading blades and owner’s manuals for just about every make and model of breadmaker ever made, even some replacement drive belts, pan seals and bread pans. I accept Major Credit and Debit cards, PayPal, Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks…even payments from Canada and beyond. If you’re interested, just go to the newest of eBay sites called “eBay Express”, created especially for those who would rather not sign up with Paypal. That website is: www.express.ebay.com. When you get there, simply go to the site search bar and type in your model number exactly as it is found on your machine. If you cannot locate your item from there, then contact me personally at troywiler@gmail.com. I’ll be glad to assist you, most times within 24 hours. Thank you.

P.S. With each owner’s manual purchase, you receive over 1000 extra bread machine recipes, most of which are alphabetized, tips on how to create the perfect batch of bread every time no matter what recipe is used, an ingredient substitution chart, and the results of a laboratory study documenting the bread machine process, from start to finish. As you can see, you get a lot more than you might expect.

It could be the belt. DH is looking at one we acquired at a garage sale the other day, and the belt is stretched out. There are sources for generic belts on the web, but we have to figure out which size to order. Looks like 3/8" wide belt, but what length? Will keep you posted.

The same thing happened to my Kitchen Pro 6773. The motor in the bread machine turns the gear in the bottom, but the blade/paddle in the bread machine pan stopped moving. I have thrown away the pan and blade and am in search of replacement parts on the internet, but it looks like I am out of luck as the company stopped making these machines in 1999, and the replacement parts are pretty hard to come by. You can try searching yourself, or looking in Goodwill stores, garage sales, etc., but I think the best bet to save yourself much time and aggravation is just to bite the bullet and go out and buy another bread machine! That's probably what I'm going to have to do. Good luck, and if you find any parts for your machine, let me know. itnh@netnitco.net.
