Get a leak off test done on your injectors WHEN COLD
If one injector is leaking the pump can't produce enough pressure in the rail and the van won't start. Its often fine when hot as the injectors parts expand and seal.
It could also be a problem with a pressure sensor or the pressure regulator on the pump.
