Kubota L5040 glass door?

Hi all,
I recently bought a Kubota L5040 and on its first use the cab door glass exploded whilst I was pulling it shut. The suppliers say that cab glass is not covered under warranty so I'm looking at the possibility that it was faulty because the lock unit was over tightened when it was put together. Anyone out there had a similar problem?

We have just had a similar problem... the door shattered when it was closed.
Unfortunately not under warranty. Very expensive to replace.
Must be a design fault. I shall contact kubota in the U.K and tell them about the problem!
